Registration Form

Use the form at left to submit a deposit. Balance payments will be due 30-days before the workshop start-date, and you will be invoiced from our Quickbooks system. You may pay the balance using check or credit card, though a 3% surcharge will be added to credit card balance payments.

Once you submit this form, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, and you can expect follow-up communications in the next few weeks with information about completing your enrollment, including information on booking travel and links to some other forms to complete.

In the meantime we are available to answer any questions or concerns you might have about travel.

If the workshop is cancelled for any reason at any time, we will refund your deposit and any payments made.

This promise supersedes our normal cancellation policy.
